Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan's son, was not granted bail in the drug case.

After his arrest in the Mumbai drugs-on-cruise case, Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, was denied bail on Monday. A Mumbai court ordered the 23-year-old to be held in the custody of the anti-drugs agency Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) till Thursday. Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan, Aryan Khan's parents, did not appear at the bail hearing.
"The importance of investigation cannot be overstated, and it must be carried out. It is beneficial to both the accused and the investigator "While extending the custody of Aryan Khan and seven others, a court remarked.
When the judge revealed the decision, Aryan Khan remained "cool," while his pals Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha sobbed.
All eight were arrested on Sunday when the anti-drugs agency raided a rave party on the "Cordelia"cruise travelling from Mumbai to Goa on Saturday evening.
According to the anti-drugs bureau, the raids yielded 13 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA, and 5 grams of MD. The drugs were discovered disguised in garments, underwear, and purses, according to the Press Trust of India, citing an unnamed anti-drugs bureau official.
The agency informed the court that it required Aryan Khan's detention until October 11 (Monday week) in order to question him. The investigation, according to the Narcotics Control Bureau, concerns an international narcotics gang.
"How can we know who is the supplier, who is financing it until we probe the consumer?" the agency said.
"The involvement of an international cartel can be seen through links in the form of chat rooms and other forms of communication. "It's a gang," the agency's lawyer told the court, adding that "code names" were used "In Aryan Khan's chats, linkages to bank and financial transfers that had to be validated were discovered.
